LOVE, LOVE, LOVE – Old Windows! The ideas are endless!
My sister came over last week for some help on a few projects to decorate her living room with. We had TONs of fun cranking out Re-Purposed art. I couldn’t believe how much we accomplished with three little ones in the house!
This window is actually one of the original windows in her house. It was stored in the loft area of her garage. I have a window similar to this one at my house so she wanted to re-creat it. So Simple.

The entire process is pretty self explanatory. Sand down the window edges. (Smooths it out & gives is a “cleaner” worn look) Then Mod Podge the paper to the back of the window. Apply the vinyl. (I happened to have a few awesome phrases left over from other projects – We used my Silhouette Cameo for another awesome Window/Vinyl Project – More on that later) Finally I trimmed around the inside edge of the window with paint matching the color of the wall she was planning to hang it on.
Viola. Simple. Beautiful. Another Intentionally Re-Purposed work of ART. I LOVE IT!
